Hi, I just got confirmation that Sky have accepted my cancellation AND apologised - this must be a first. All power to you at Resolver - spread the word, I will Bernard Barwick via email.

I found Resolver by accident. Totally frustrated with Sky's customer phone line, and certain I could die waiting in the queue, I used Resolver to try and get some sort of action on my complaint.

A first rate website as within a week Sky finally agreed on a refund for their appalling service, and far too much prevarication , and I am absolutely certain that none of this would have been possible if I had continued to struggle on alone.

Superb service. We moved house on Friday 21st April and were told by our telephone service provider that our phone would be connected on the Monday. Five weeks, nine engineers, and two sets of workers to dig up our neighbours drive and we still had no phone.
